RESPONSIBLE ECOLOGY
Our spent grain from brewing beer at Sagitawah Brewing Company is passed on to a local farm. It does not enter the sewer lines and avoids the Town of Whitecourt's effluent system. This is an environmentally sound practice for the ecosystem.
Nathan Moltzan, a gentleman farmer south of Anselmo, Alberta utilizes the spent grain on his farm. He raises miniture cows, Moari pigs and East Indian ducks. He has a green house and grows natural varieties of wheat and grass.
