CHILL'AXN BLONDE ALE
4.3% ABV, 12 IBUs
This blonde ale is based on a traditional German lager, however it is a much lighter beer, smooth and crisp with a slight malt sweetness. For a light beer, it arouses the palate. Low on the bitterness scale there is no bite.
So, if you like to relax in the sun or by the fire-pit, this is a great beer to sit back and chill out with.
As my sisters would say, Chill’axn, after I asked them what they were doing on holidays.
RIVER RAFTING RED
4.9% ABV, 18 IBUs
An Irish Red at heart. It is a smooth, medium body beer with a roasty caramel, toasty toffee character and has a gorgeous red copper hue.
Good on a winter’s evening or tubing down the McLeod river.
Many days have been spent floating down that river to enjoy the sun, friends and laziness of that river coming into town from the cut banks.
BACKYARD SHACK IPA
5.4% ABV, 44 IBUs
Not your typical IPA. This IPA lacks that piney resinous bite that America IPAs have. It has a new and old world hops giving it a fruity citrusy notes and flavours with just enough caramel malts to balance and with 44 IBUs; its on the low end of the bitterness scale and at 5.4%, it is very approachable.
This is one of the first beers tasted in my back yard shack with my co-workers and neighbors with pizza and making them fill out taste forms on each beer they drank.
EARLY MORNING CREAMY ALE
5.4% ABV, 16 IBUs
A Franken beer. This is a combo of a Brown, Porter and a Stout. It has a smooth creamy mouthfeel with chocolatey, toffee and coffee flavours.
So, if you are rolling off your last night shift or a normal 9-5er and you want a dark flavourful but light beer, we got you covered.
Again, my crew I worked with, sure enjoyed my free beers, especially after the last night shift and in front of a pallet fire even with some snow left on the ground.
KASUAL KöLSCH
4.2% ABV, 16 IBUs
Not a true Kölsch, it’s an ale. Its cool n casual, but it ticks off all the boxes for a true Kölsch. It has a smooth creamy taste; subtle fruit aroma, a grainy sweet character and is mad with all German hops.
And last but not least, it has a nice clean crisp finish, great for a Kasual kinda day.
RASPBERRY GINGER (ALE)
4.4% ABV, 15 IBUs
A balanced raspberry and ginger flavour. This high carbonated beer allows the senses to take the aromas and subtleties of the hops. This beer is smooth and not over powering and has a tiny hop after taste.
This beer needs to be enjoyed with your friends on the back patio or ours.
SOUR LYCHEE NEIPA
4.4% ABV, N/A IBUs
A tart, hazy beer has an aroma of orange, mongo flavours with a hint of lime, pineapple and subtle lychee fruit. Hops were whirlpool and dry hopped, so no real IBUs were measurable.
Again, another enjoyable beer for the back patio.
BLUEBERRY WHEAT ALE
4.4% ABV, 9 IBUs
If you are a fan of blueberries this has a nice light pleasant flavour and with a small percentage of wheat it gives the beer a nice smooth finish.
Did we forget to mention the lemon juice added to enhance the blueberry flavour.
MEXICAN LAGER
5.0% ABV, 12.5 IBUs
Viva La Mexico! This beer will take you south of the boarder and no passport need. Smooth, light and crisp with a light corn flavour.
All you need to say is "Cerveza por favor" and you are in Mexico.
ROAD BAN LAGER
4.5% ABV, 10 IBUs
97% Alberta ingredients. So just off by a slight percentage; hence the name. This is a clean, crisp and smooth, well-balanced beer made with malt, from Hammer Malt, just north of Westlock and hops, from Hound Dog Hops just outside of Wetaskiwin.
For the ones used to drinking those national brands; this will quench your thirst in the hottest of days. Oh, so refreshingly good.
BLACK SMOKE STOUT
4.5% ABV, 25 IBUs
As black smoke rises from the horizon, you think there's trouble; but not with this Black Smoke. An Oatmeal stout made with a helping of Hammer Malt's Whiskey Barrel smoked malt plus some darker malts and contributes to a complex flavour of mocha, dark dried fruit (raisins or prunes).
A creamy, dark tan persisten head tops this nice, bodied stout.
There should be no worries about getting smoke in your eyes, unless you have a habit of drinking wrong.
RASPBERRY LYCHEE
4.4% ABV, 9 IBUs
This one is big on aroma of Lychee and flavour with a subtle Raspberry taste.
A light easy drinking, fruity beer.
TWO BARRELS - ANNIVERSARY BEER
7% ABV, 16 IBUs
We took our River Rafting Red and increased the ABV and put some in to a 35gal Rocky Mountain Bighorn Distillery dark rum barrel and the rest in a 59gal Honey Whiskey barrel and then the sit for 3½ months.
This beer has the flavour and colour of a nice amber spirt and all the flavours of our red, medium body beer, with a roasty caramel and toasty toffee character.

We've got your basic cocktails (vodka, rum, whiskey, tequila) plus wine and some ready-to-drink cans (iced teas, Whiteclaw, etc.).
